Nice place to eat, usually busy, but they work hard to get orders taken care of, only draw back is to make sure you have cash because they do not take plastic of any kind,

Very small seating area. Hostess wanted 4 adults to sit in a booth that would accommodate 2 adults. Two round tables were open, but hostess "saves" them for larger parties. No waiting area - we left due to seating situation so we cannot review the food. There are many other breakfast options in Valpo without a hassle.

Best breakfast in Valpo. Omelets are all amazing. If you wanted to, you could be in and out in 12 minutes. All the food is fresh and it really shows.

Fresh delicious cooked meals to order with friendly staff. The owner's are in there operating the kitchen and serving tables. Don't be surprised when you come back a second time and they remember your name and everything you ordered before. But don't forget to bring cash, they still operate without credit cards.

Breakfast menu is limited, and the prices are a bit high. I had the Texas French toast and sausage links, was just ok. Wait staff was friendly and service was quick. Too many great breakfast spots in valpo to go back.

Only been here a couple times over the years, but the breakfast is what you should expect for a small town diner. The food is hot and tasty. The service is fast and friendly.Back again. I always get lucky with the same wonderful waitress. Food remains above par diner fare.

Breakfast is good here and the service is very nice and quick. The negative — — only cash, it’s small, sometimes short staffed, and pricey, but I keep going to this restaurant because I love having breakfast here.

The French toast was very good, but the pecan waffles were nothing special. Everything was way overpriced. $4 for 4 strip of bacon and $3.50 for a small glass of milk or juice? No thanks, not again.

This place is a real gem! Unbelievably clean - SPOTLESS!! It's been open since 1985, and it's easy to figure out why. The food was great - I had a bacon, egg and cheese croissant with a side of American fries and a coffee. My husband had two eggs, sausage, American fries and raisin toast with a coke. We spent $25 for a great breakfast, and were both very happy. The sandwich was huge! A very sweet lady named Janice took excellent care of us. If you haven't tried this place yet, you're missing out!

my hands-down favorite breakfast joint in valpo or any other town. i visit family here several times a year, and even that infrequently Rhea almost always remembers not only me but what i like to order. their omelettes are the standard to which i hold all other omelettes.

Always fast no matter how busy it is! The owners bust their butt to make it feel welcomed and fast not to mention delishous. Always good every time. I never write on these either.

Great greasy spoon cafe with excellent lemon rice (avgolemono) soup. Give it a try if you’re looking for breakfast at a great diner.

My fiance and I went there this morning and the food was delicious! I ordered French toast and she ordered a Belgian Waffle. Both were cooked to perfection and the wait staff was super nice too. If you've never been there, wait no longer! Fantastic all around!
